I spoke with Gabriela and she asked me to do a drive by valuation as the tenants had Covid and we?re isolating. I called her a few times last week once I don?t this to discuss but she only got back to me today.

I will keep you updated, just waiting on the tenants to contact me and see if I can get access!

Rachel. 14/2 Owner: I had been in contact with both agents! Matt has provided me with an evaluation, but I am still waiting for Rachel. I had to call her twice and am still waiting to hear from her. I am a little disappointed as it appears that she is not interested in my possible business.

Just done a bit of research I think the $450,000 that she is Looking to achieve is definitely doable but I won't be able to confirm till I get to view the property in person.
