05/12/22 Initial referral was sent to Daniel on 31/01/22 and again on 01/02/22 which he accepted. A phone conversation re the referral for both properties was had on 31/01/22 which I discussed the properties with him and he accepted also he asked about the referral fee and understood.
05/10/22 a phone call was made to Daniel and he confirmed he had sold both properties for $865k on 2 separate contracts.
The initial referral clearly stated that it was 2 properties and I only separated them into 2 leads once agent was appointed.
