05/12/22 Initial referral was sent to Daniel on 31/01/22 and again on 01/02/22 which he accepted. A phone conversation re the referral for both properties was had on 31/01/22 which I discussed the properties with him and he accepted also he asked about the referral fee and understood.

05/10/22 a phone call was made to Daniel and he confirmed he had sold both properties for $865k on 2 separate contracts.

The initial referral clearly stated that it was 2 properties and I only separated them into 2 leads once agent was appointed.$1,730,000

01/12/22 left vm for Daniel as he owes us for both properties as they were on the initial referral as both before splitting them

OWES US BOTH 54 & 56 CASTLEREIGH - SOLD FOR THE SAME PRICE $865, 2.2% 42 DAY CONTRACT - SENT AS 1 INVOICE WITH A BREAKDOWN FOR 54 AND 56.

05/10/22 sent sold coms and invoice info to agent

05/10/22 spoke with Daniel in regards to 56 and he acknowledged sale price and that both properties were sold as seperate titles he accepted the lead for both properties on the one referral.
