31/08/2022 - Jason: I spoke with John and Eileen this morning from 30 Warren Crescent, Deception Bay. Eileen mentioned that they are going to stay a little longer as they have worked out their finance situation with their bank. Eileen mentioned that they will contact me when they are ready. Conversation was friendly and did get the impression they would like to use our services once ready
