29/8/22   She is back in Melbourne but nothing happening immediately. Wont be selling until she purchases and she said it could be anywhere between 2 months to 2 years. Not sure there is any huge motivation to take the move onboard now.

I think Louise is overseas and she hasnt replied to my emails. She had said that she would be back in Melbourne in August and will move forward then if the market is still showing good results.- Joseph

Joseph :  Hey Vicki I got an email from Louise yesterday saying that she is happy to go forward with myself and Village however she is also taking off to France for 3 months

In her email to me she mentioned that she will reassess the market when she gets back and if its in a similar condition to how it is now she will proceed with the sale.
