8/6/23 Joseph:  He is not planning to do anything now until early next year as his mother is still in care so the house does not need to be sold.




9/5 Mick  Keeping the property for at least 18 months after the financial advice as they dont want the mother in law to loose the pension but they were happy with Joseph will prob use him to sell in future have not told him that yet.


04/05/22 Update from Joseph: Have spoken with their accountant. can hold onto the property for another year or 2 before needing to sell. MJ


7/4 Joseph Met with Mick and Marie. Are waiting to hear financial advice back from their lawyer/accountant before deciding if they do need to sell.
