Andrew: I was in communication with Sam, and believed he was going to list the property with me, however, I have not had any correspondence back from him for some time. I will continue to follow up with him.

Peter: I had initially been I touch with Sam as he had a million questions and I answered them all. He aparently had contacted all RE referral agencies and was about to sign with me and all of a sudden disappear4ed and doesn't pick up or return my calls. So Iam not sure what his agenda is and/or what his decision is.
